With a gluten diet Michelle was experiencing lots of stomach discomfort and many injuries. A gluten free diet has help relieve a very sensitive stomach, and helped Michelle stay injury free for years now. My progress in the sport comes from my coaching, training, dedication, and nutrition. Gluten-free has been a piece of the puzzle that has been helping me!
